Aluminium, copper and bronze forging

Our company bought the aluminium forging plant in Székesfehérvár in 2005. After renovation and modernisation of the plant's equipment, we are now able to forge copper and bronze products in addition to aluminium. Due to their excellent properties, we offer a wide range of aluminium and copper products in different geometries and qualities to satisfy all needs.

Premium quality aluminium and non-ferrous metal forging with modern technology

With our screw presses we can press from 250 tonnes to 1250 tonnes. We are flexible to market needs, producing forged products from a few decagrams up to 15 kg. Thanks to our excellent partnerships, we can quickly and efficiently supply the raw materials for forging, which are cut to size using our own AMADA disc and band sawing machines. Our forged products are heat-treated in our own plant and packaged in a pickled condition on request to meet our customers’ high expectations. Our customers include world renowned manufacturers such as ABB, Knorr-Bremse and Denso.

Our site was one of the first in Hungary to obtain ISO 9001 certification in 1993, and since 2007 we have also been ISO TS automotive standard certified, which we converted to IATF 16949 certification in 2016. We are committed to high quality and have had no customer complaints in recent years.

In recent years, we have modernised our existing presses and improved their service. We have introduced ultrasonic and penetration testing for product quality control.

Manufactured to IATF 16949 and MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, our forged and heat treated products meet the most stringent quality management standards, ensuring superior performance and reliability in automotive and other industries. The application of these standards guarantees consistent product quality and continuous process improvement.

Applications

In 2015, FLANSCH-TECH Ltd. purchased an Amada CMB 75 CNC disc cutting machine with a grant of HUF 17,295,379 under the GINOP-1.2.2-15 grant to increase its cutting capacity for automotive deliveries.In 2018, two induction heating devices were purchased with a grant of HUF 24,000,000 under the VEKOP-1.2.1-16 grant to improve the efficiency and accuracy of forging. With the new equipment, the number of products that can be produced per shift has increased significantly, with more economical annealing costs, making them more competitive on the market.
