Description of the project content:

The following has been purchased under the project: 1 Amada CMB 75 CNC disc cutting machine with associated extractor.

Our forging business has recently seen a significant increase in the number of parts supplied to the automotive industry. It is becoming increasingly difficult to meet these volumes with our current cutting capacities, and we will not be able to produce the further increased numbers of parts forecast for 2016 and 2017 with our current capacities. We have therefore decided to purchase an additional precision Amada CMB 75 CNC disc cutting machine and associated extractor.

Tender description:
The objective of the application submitted in the framework of the GINOP (Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme) was the purchase of an Amada saw machine in Székesfehérvár. The project aimed at the technological development of the local enterprise, increasing production capacity and productivity. The modern technology of the Amada sawing machine allows for more precise and efficient work, contributing to the competitiveness of the company.

Purchase of 2 induction heaters Érd (2017-2018)

Application description:
The aim of the application submitted in the framework of the VEKOP (Competitive Central Hungary Operational Programme) was the purchase of two induction heaters in Érd. The investment within the project was aimed at modernising the production processes of the company and increasing its efficiency. The induction heaters improve the efficiency of production, reduce energy consumption and increase the quality of the products through their fast and energy-saving operation.

Both projects have successfully contributed to the technological development and competitiveness of the participating companies.
