Applications Heat treatment
In 2011-2012, the company focused its attention on renovating the heat treatment line at the Csepel forge. The investment was funded by the state under the New Széchenyi Plan. Technological modernisation at the Csepel site of Flansch – Tech Ltd. was funded by the European Union and the Hungarian State to the amount of HUF 6,748,820. Within the framework of this investment, the entire heat treatment plant was renovated. By renovating and expanding the equipment, the company became completely self-sufficient in the heat treatment of forging products.

In 2020, the company started a new development at the site in Érd. It also obtained funding for this through a tender, which it used to improve heat treatment. The tender (serial number VNT2020-1-0241) was awarded under the Covid 19 mitigation package. The application was submitted in accordance with the call for applications for “competitiveness-enhancing aid”, published on 20 April 2020 under the terms of the Decree 7/202 (IV.16.) of the Ministry of Economy and Labour on the need for competitiveness-enhancing aid as a result of the coronavirus epidemic. The company was awarded HUF 270,264,000 for the investment.
In 2021, the company opted for the expansion of the heat treatment plant through a tender. The tender was submitted within the framework of the Széchenyi Plan Plus Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme Plus and was assigned the identification number GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.1-21-202100337.
The company was also successful in this tender and won the amount of 340.920.000 HUF.

Thanks to the aid awarded, Flansch-Tech Kft. will be able to make investments
Flanch-Tech will be able to invest in investments that will ensure its growth and customer acquisition.
The following equipment will be purchased as part of the acquisition of the assets:
– oil trainer – tempering furnace,
– washing equipment,
– tool holder system,
– milling machine.
Thanks to all these tools, the workflow will be more accurate and the
easier to carry out.
The other major element of the project is the conversion of the current hall to provide the right space for the
the tools to be purchased, and to ensure that production here is also
to be able to function properly.
Furthermore, as the business is highly exposed to price fluctuations in the energy market,
a solar panel system will be installed, which will help to reduce costs
more predictable.
The training of managers will help to make work more efficient and support the
more efficient operation of the organisation.
