Products
Our forges in Csepel and Érd produce their products with eccentric presses and die-stamping. These sites are specialized in the production of larger series and products between 0.5 and 12 kg. The product range includes shaft-like parts, towing hooks, chassis and brake parts, fuel pump housings. In terms of geometry, we also successfully concluded the forging of quite diverse shapes.
The following production line is available at our Csepel site:
- Smeral, Kaiser press with a compressive force of 2500 To – 3 pcs.
- Smeral press with a compressive force of 1600 To – 2 pcs.
- Smeral press with a compressive force of 1000 To – 2 pcs.
(The preliminary product is heated 100% by induction.) - Abrasive blasting machines – 4 pcs.
- Heat treatment line with electric and gas-fired heat treatment furnaces, oil and emulsion hardening option,
- GOM sensor – 1 pc.,
- HB hardness measuring device – 2 pcs.
- Magnetic crack testing equipment – 2 pcs
- Sawing machines Amada, TAC – 4 pcs
- other single-purpose machines, special equipments.
The following production line is available at our Érd location:
- Smeral press with a compressive force of 2500 To – 1 pc.
- Smeral press with a compressive force of 1000 To – 2 pcs.
- Abrasive blasting machine – 1 pc.
- Special heat treatment line.
- HB, HV, HRc hardness measuring equipment – 3 pcs
